The Bible preacher and teacher; who are they? What has God called them to do? How to know for sure you are called to preach and how to be ordained for ministry?
First and foremost, the minister of God's Word will have experienced the new birth and will be walking in a determined dependence upon the indwelling Holy Ghost.
This is a constant concern within the heart of one called to the ministry. And this concern will remain perpetually as a preoccupation of great delight, devotion and duty.
Secondly, The minister is gifted to preach and teach the Word of God. The authority of the call is the exclusive prerogative of Christ alone,
for He calls whomsoever He wills. He said to His disciples: "Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain . . . (John 15:16). The minister is concerned with leading people to Christ and Christians to maturity.
Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil (1 Tim 3:6).
God's minister are motivated and moved by a four-fold cord:
1. The Greatness of God (Isaiah 6:1)
2. The Grace of God (Isaiah 6:7)
3. The Groaning of God (Isaiah 6:8)
4. They Grow In Godliness
Thirdly, The minister remains engaged in a systematic, structured and comprehensive study of the Word of God.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15).
How can one know for sure that God has called them to the ministry of preaching and teaching the Word of God?
The Biblical answer Is: God's calling becomes the chief pre-occupation of your thinking and conversation. You just can't shrug it away
Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones,
and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay. (Jeremiah 20:9). The Holy Ghost weighs on the heart of the individual, burdens them personally with the necessity of preaching the word, and gives them that holy unction to be God's mouthpiece. It is the spiritually active believer that is conditioned to discern God's call. The carnal believer is void of any sensitivity to God's distinct small voice and prompting.
If you sense God has called you to the ministry of preaching or teaching His Word, seek the face of God. If God has called you to preach... His providence in doing so will make your calling an unflinching conviction. It will be obvious that you will never be happy or settled substituting God's call with any other labor.
For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! (1 Cor. 9:16).
Called To Ministry?
A. The Gift of Prophecy - Proclaims the Truth

D. The Gift of Teaching - Imparts the Truth
E. The Gift of Exhortation - Inspires obedience to the Truth
#1: Do you find yourself with great desire to proclaim our Lord Jesus Christ, and do you follow through in that desire? If so, God has gifted you with the gift of prophecy (not foretelling but forth-telling);
Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. (1 Corinthians. 14:1,4). Simply put, God has called you to be a preacher in the capacity of pastoral ministry, evangelism or missions.
#2: Do you find that you have the ability to observe biblical facts and make a correct conclusion? If so, God has gifted you with teaching. This gift can be applied to both public and private audiences.
Likely, God has called you to be a pastor or a lay-teacher.
#3: Do you find that you have the ability to understand God's will and make application of it? If so, God has gifted you with the Word of Wisdom.
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; (1 Corinthians. 12:8)
This can be applied in the area of counseling and pastoral ministry.
#4: Do you find yourself with the desire and ability to strengthen and encourage believers to walk by faith? If so, God has given you the gift of exhortation
Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. (Romans 12:8). This is the ability to come alongside someone who needs building up. Barnabas was a great encourager. If this is your habit and desire, God has called you to be an evangelist and can be applied in the area of pastoring, evangelism, and/or missions
It is important to note that if God has called you to be a pastor, all of the above is in your possession. It is imperative that you allow the Holy Ghost to cultivate these gifts in you
in order that you may be proved and approved for the pastorate or whatever capacity God is calling you to. If your a New Christian, possibly the fastest route is a biblical seminary education.
If you have studied the Bible, being led by the holy Ghost and you are comfortable that you understand the Word of God, we are happy to supply your Credentials.
To be "Ordained" means to be "set apart for some Holy task such as to the Ministry". God is the one who calls, or ordains you to be a minister.
We supply the Laying on of hands, Ordained Minister Credentials, and Minister License. (The legal paperwork) (Credentials is a qualification, achievement, personal quality, or aspect of a person's background, to indicate that they are suitable for ministry) which shows we have set this individuals life apart for full time Christian service. It means that person has met the qualification for ministry, according to the Word of God, and has agreed to the rules and policies. It means that person is qualified to Pastor a Church, Officiate at Wedding and Funerals, Officiate the Ordinances or Sacraments of the Church. (We do NOT provide Credentials to be a Minister to be ONLY a "Wedding Officiant)
At an Ordination the Pastor(s)Deacons, and others pray for that person, laying their hands on them, that is touching them with their hands, that through that touching Spiritual Gifts would flow from other Christians to the individual who had the Laying on of hands.
Acts 8:18 (KJV) And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
Acts 8:19 (KJV) Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
Acts 28:8 (KJV) And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him.
1 Timothy 4:14 (KJV) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
1 Timothy 5:22 (KJV) Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.
Hebrews 6:2 (KJV) Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Candidates undergo a presentation and interview process and agree they feel they have been called by God to become a minister, and they agree to follow our rules. Once a background has been completed, and they have been examined and approved, an ordained minister license will be granted. This grants them the legal ability to perform all church services that fall under the purview of ordained ministers.

Christian Ordination: Becoming an Ordained Minister

We make Christian ordination and ministry licensing available to qualifying applicants who:
1) Are accepted as a member of our Fellowship
2) Confess our Christian statement of faith.
3) Share our ministry values
4) Meet our high ethical standards.
5) Demonstrate a sincere call of God to Christian ministry.
6) Pass the theological interviewing of an elder.

Church Charters: Accountability in Ministry

Some ministers desire to start independent or non-denominational churches or ministries. However, because they are independent, they are not affiliated with a denomination. Yet, they value the voluntary relationship of a "spiritual covering", and also understand that society appreciates this type of accountability. For these reasons, ministers seek church charters or charters for their ministries. A charter demonstrates that their religious efforts are recognized by another Christian minister association for accountability. We allow these ministers to maintain their independence while partnering in ministry accountability with them.
We are a Christian religious organization founded in the U.S.A., operating 1st under the authority of our God, & 2nd under the laws, regulations, & constitutional rights granted by our nation. By the instruction of God's Word (in Romans 13:1-7), we submit ourselves to the God ordained authority of U.S. government, to the extent that it does not infringe upon God's command to be holy even as He is holy (Matthew 5:48; 1 Peter 1:16). On the other end of the continuum, where there is law, there is also the necessity to interpret such. Therefore, it is inevitable that some will abuse interpretations to avoid personal responsibilities, place blame, seek financial profitability., etc. While we do not like having to sound "legal," it is for these reasons that we see a necessity to state the following. This site provides a variety of information pertaining to Christian ordination, minister licensing, certification, and ministry in general. Such should not be viewed as legal advice, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of content. 1) Statement of Faith
We are a Christian ministry. For this reason, our ministers may vary about smaller issues such as the administration of communion, etc. However, below is a summary of beliefs upon which all of our membership agrees.
1. We believe that all 66 books of the Bible are the only inspired word of God called scripture.
We do not acknowledge the Apocrypha, Psuedopigrapha, Gnostic Gospels, Book of Mormon, or anything of the like to be inspired scripture (Tim. 3:16).

2. We believe that God is one, but reveals Himself through the persons of the Trinity as The Father, The Son as Jesus, and The Holy Spirit. Furthermore, we believe that each person of this Trinity is God (1 Cor. 8:6 6:44; Rom. 1:7; Isa. 9:6; Jn. 1:1 Acts 5:3; Heb 9:14; Jn. 4:24).
3. We believe that God is the creator of all things, is all-powerful, all-knowing, and in control to do as He wills (Acts 14:15; Jer. 32:17; Eph. 3:20; Psa.139:1-4; 1 Sam.2:6-9; Psa. 24:1).
4. We believe that Jesus was literally conceived and born of a virgin named Mary (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:26-33).
5. We believe that Jesus lived a sinless life (1 Pet. 2:22; 1 Jn. 3:5).
6. We believe that all of humanity has fallen short of God's glory and is in need of salvation; hence the reason Jesus came to the earth (Rom. 3:23; Rom. 6:23; Rom. 5:8; Jn. 14:6).

7. We believe that those who die without salvation go to a literal place called Hell (Psa. 9:17; Psa.73:12-19; Luke 16:23.26; Jn. 12:48).
8. We believe that salvation is in none other than through the name, person, resurrection, work, and grace of Jesus Christ (Jn. 14:6; Jn. 3:16; Jn. 10:17-18; Rom. 1:4; Rom.5:8).
9. We believe that those who belong to Christ will inherit eternal life in a literal Kingdom of Heaven (Isaiah 65; Zech. 14).
10. We believe that Jesus will return to gather His people, as well as the resurrection of the dead in Christ at His return (1 Cor. 15:21-23).
11. We believe in the water baptism of believers in Christ (Mat. 28:19; Acts 2:38-41).
12. We believe in the observance of communion (the bread and the cup) as a means to remember our Lord (1 Cor. 11:24).
13. We believe that Christ is the Head of the church, which should be governed by Him (Eph.5:23).
14. We believe that all of Christ's ministers are servant-leaders, not dictators
(Jn. 13:3-16; Ph.2:3-8).

We value the pursuit of unity (at the foot of the cross) among brothers and sisters in the Christian faith (Eph. 4:13).
We value the independence of ministers so that they may follow the leading of the Holy Ghost in the direction and government of their ministries (Act. 8:29; 10:19; 11:12; 13:2-4; 16:6-7; 20:22, 21:4).
We value leadership that duplicates our Lord’s servant heart (Mat. 20:27; John 13:14).
We value fellowship among ministers for the sake of strength, encouragement, edification, prayer, and support (Rom.14:19; 1 Thes. 5:11; Eph. 2:21-22; Php. 4:8).
